“We have been to have photos taken with Julia twice now on the bluebell mini shoots, – once as a gender reveal and then again the following year after our baby was born.
Both occasions we had our very uncooperative toddler with us. I have been blown away both times, she is an absolute miracle worker and I have no idea how she has managed to get such beautiful photos of us all!
During the shoots Julia was so welcoming and patient, almost as if we were going to see an old friend. She was fantastic with my children, involved them and made them feel included and managed to capture their personalities on the camera.
Both times the photos have been edited to a high standard but still received then promptly all for a very affordable price.

For two people who don't really like having our photos taken, she made it feel easy, she was very comfortable and laid back to be around. “We first met Julia at a wedding fair back in 2024 and we just knew she was the right photographer for us. Julia was warm friendly and fun and her amazing work stood out to us both.
The booking process was really straightforward and Julia worked round our busy jobs to organise a teams call. From the moment we booked we felt in good hands Julia kept in touch with us throughout and organised a pre wedding shoot at our venue which was amazing for our son to get comfortable in front of the camera (and us too) Julia was supportive and always there to offer a helping hand leading up to the wedding. On the day Julia went above and beyond she was more than just a photographer she was a friend, she was extremely supportive throughout the whole day and she went above and beyond. Lots of our guests commented on how amazing she was.
The turn around time for a small gallery was less that 3 days which was absolutely amazing and our full gallery arrived soon after I was shocked at such a quick turn around and every photo was captured beautifully.

Julia shot our engagement photos and our wedding, and did an incredible job with both. She's exceptionally talented and we couldn't be happier with how her pictures have turned out.
We had a complicated day with four separate venues to take pictures and she managed the whole thing so smoothly, was very efficient with different group shots and corralling the masses! Great communication beforehand and really gets to know what you want out of the day.
Extra recommendation for pet owners – she was fabulous with our old (very deaf) dog and got some beautiful pictures we'll cherish.

“The long and short of it is; if you need a photographer you don't need to look anywhere else.

The photos Julia took for our wedding have been fantastic, everything we hoped they'd be. But that's only half the story because what makes Julia amazing is Julia. She is funny, engaging, calming when needed, energetic when needed and everything in between.

She felt so much more that just a photographer for us. The day simply couldn't have been the same without her. She got the best out of everyone; including wayward groomsmen, a stressed groom, cold and overstimulated children and a wedding party that was often similar to herding cats.

She merilly bundled into a car for a drive to the beach, ran back to the car park and sat on the floor in the dark shooting unexpected fireworks, put up with all of our idiocy and 30 minutes after initially saying she was going to go; was still taking photo after photo at the request of various guests. All in the name of getting the best shots she could.

She's an absolute legend and there's not a chance we'll never see her again. We're already looking for excuses to use her services in the future!”
