Wedding FAQ

For weddings I ask for a £200 non refundable booking fee, I only shoot one wedding per day, so this fee secures your wedding date. If your wedding date were to change, this fee will be transferred so long as I am available on your new date. The remaining payment is due no later than a week before your wedding date. You can see the full range of wedding packages that I offer by clicking here.
Yes, I have both professional indemnity and public liability insurance (every wedding photographer should have this!).
Absolutely! It’s your wedding day, the most special occasion with those nearest and dearest to you, some of those which you may not see regularly. To have the whole family in the same place very smartly dressed is a rarity, so I want to preserve those memories to you. Please bear in mind that the more group shots you ask for, the less time we will have for photographs of the 2 of your and less time capturing the general atmospheric photographs.
I’ve mentioned before, but I love vibrant colours, so with your wedding day photography I like to keep the colours as true as possible rather than having the latest ‘filter’ look, but that doesn’t mean I’m stuck in my ways; I will try something new at weddings to keep your wedding unique and fresh. I tell the story of your wedding day as it happens rather than filling it with staged/unnatural moments, so that you will remember exactly as it was for years to come.
Definitely! Your wedding photographs come with a personal use license, enabling you to share with friends, family and social media. However, if any of your other suppliers from your wedding request the photographs, or the photographs are wished to be used in any articles or any professional use, please point them my way as this will change the way they need to be used.
Please see my latest 5* Google reviews here, or my testimonials page which both show a vast amount of fabulous reviews left by my lovely clients.
For full day wedding packages, I can be with you from first thing in the morning for your wedding preparations (make up, hair, general hustle and bustle) right up until your first dance and just after. Full detail of my full day wedding photography packages can be found here.
If you don’t need for a full day that’s no problem, get in touch and let me know your requirements and we can have a chat.
I aim to have your wedding photographs with you no later than 4-6 weeks after your wedding date, but during peak times this may increase a little, but I will keep you updated. I do however like to show you a couple of sneak peaks within a week, which you are welcome to share online.
